Our Custom Designing Process
Ordering a Custom design from OZOPrirnt is an easy five-step process. Simply follow the steps outlined below and we will design an original logo that represents your company- Satisfaction Guaranteed!


Step 1: Choose Package/Complete Creative Brief

  • Review the Custom design packages we offer and choose the package that fits you best. If you require consultation, please don’t hesitate to call us Toll Free at 1-888-OZO-PRINT (696-7746) , (M-F 8a-8pm EST.)
  • Once you have selected a Custom design package, please click the Select button to place your order.
  • You will be redirected to our secure order page to provide us with the following:
    a. Creative brief for your Custom design requirements
    b. Company and Contact Information
    c. Secure payment information
  • After you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If you have not completed your Custom design creative brief, our customer service agent from our graphic designing group will contact you over your provided email address, to setup a webext to discuss your design requirement.
Step 2: Receive 1st Draft/Provide Feedback
  • Your first draft of Custom samples will arrive within1-2 business days, or next day if you ordered the expedited package (for only $19 more - this expediated package is not available online, please email us at customerservice@ozoprint.com to order this additional package).
  • The number of Custom concepts our designers create for you will be dependent on the Custom design package you ordered (between 1 and 6). You will have to review and critique your first draft, by email.
  • Review the designs and choose 1 or 2 concepts that appeal to you and provide us with any changes you’d like to see. You may combine concepts, or make changes to such aspects as color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
  • If required our designer will get in touch with you via email, to set up a webex to discuss more and to get clear understanding on your requirement. During this webex meeting you will be able to connect to our designers computer and see to over the screen while you talk with him over the phone.
  • If you do not receive your first draft of Customs in the designated time frame, or you need Custom consultation, please call us immediately (1-888-OZOPRINT) or email us at support@ozoprint.com.
Step 3: Receive 2nd Draft/Revisions/Provide Feedback
  • Your next draft of Customs will come within 24-48 Hours, depending on which package you chose, complexity of the design, and if you opted for our expedited service. You will most likely receive between 2 and 6 new concepts in your next revision. If you do not like your Custom, do not panic! It is a creative process and we are dedicated to getting you the Custom that you desire. You can provide feedback on this set of concepts based on color, layout, graphic changes, font and text changes.
  • Our design team will fine tune the Custom based on your recommendations and what looks professional
  • If required our designer will get in touch with you via email, to set up a webex to discuss more and to get clear understanding on your requirement. During this webex meeting you will be able to connect to our designers computer and see to over the screen while you talk with him over the phone.
  • C. Special Note: Our Executive package have unlimited revisions. Our 19'er and Basic package have a limited number of revisions.
Step 4: Receive 3rd Draft/Finalize
  • Once you have reviewed the 3rd draft, if all changes meet your expectations you have to email us confirming it. If you require any additional changes, please specify in an email and we’ll continue to work until you are satisfied.
Step 5: Receive Final Files
  • After you “finalize” your Custom , we will send you an e-mail with various graphic formats of your Custom within 24 hours (PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF and more).
  • OZOPrint releases the rights to you so that you may trademark your design. We do request the right to utilize your Custom design in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise.
  • After your Custom is completed, we will begin designing your stationery, brochure, website, flash Custom or any other design that you have purchased.
