ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OZO Digital LLC (OZOPRINT) owns and operates “ozoprint.com”, which provides its printing designing and other services to you, subjected to the following terms of service ('TOS'), which may be updated, changed by us or our Partners, affiliates from time to time without notice to you. By accessing any page on “ozoprint.com”, you have agreed to be contracted by these terms and conditions. In an event of partnership or merger with other company the terms of services will include some additional agreements brought in by such a change.

All print, graphic designing and corporate accounts are subjected to additional terms of use found on our website at www.ozoprint.com.

USE OF SITE AND SERVICE

OZO Digital LLC, through its web site “ozoprint.com”, provides users with a vast collection of ready to use designs, design templates, printing services, graphics, photographs, document layouts, images, artwork, fonts, software tools (Collectively referred he rein as “content”). The use of the current and future enhanced contents shall be subject to these 'TOS'.  By using the site (ozoprint.com), you understand and agree that the service is provided on  'As - Is' basis and that OZO Digital LLC (ozoprint.com) assumes no responsibility for the miss-delivery, timeliness, deletion, design, photos, Images, Graphics or electronic. We at OZOprint.com, strive to serve our customers at our very best possible, but they might be interpreted by un-avoidable circumstances and 'TOS' are intended to safe guard us and our customers who have relied on our service to fulfill their business / person needs.

The site 'ozoprint.com' contains ready-to-use designs that can be customized to fit customer's specific requirement, 'OZOprint.com' also offers custom designing with service charges and on special offers for free on limited time bases. All the graphics, images, photographs, artwork, text, fonts, document layout, design layout and other property information referred to as 'contents' in the terms of use are sole Copyright property of OZO Digital LLC' (OZOprint.com) or the Copyrighted property of our partners Reliance Print Systems to whom OZO Digital LLC pays usage charges based on pre-agreed contract. All the rights in this site and its contents are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain copy, distribute, publish or use any portion of the contents except as expressly allowed in these terms of service (TOS). OZO Digital reserves the right to add, to delete from or modify any part of content at any time without prior notice. OZO Digital reserves the right to use all contents including 'contents' & color scheme elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements, including trade marks used from the site.Other customers can create a similar design or logo or trade mark or color scheme. Such use by other customers does not infringe the rights of other user /users.

TRADE MARK AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

We at OZO Digital, understand the amount of efforts put in developing print,marketing media, campaign and support in protecting ours and others copyrighted properties.

OZO Digital and ozoprint.com are trade marks of OZO Digital LLC. You shall not displays, use in any manner, the OZO Digital logo or trademark, without the written permission of OZO Digital LLC’s public relations written permission. All other brand and product names found on ozoprint.com are considered trade marks or registered trade marks of their repetitive partner companies.

You should not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks or logos that are not owned by your or licensed to you on the materials and merchandise to be printed by the ozoprint.com service. Words, names and design used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks and logos.The same policy applies for copy rights. You may not use copyrighted materials from artists, photographers, publishers, composers, authors, writers of original works unless they are specifically licensed to you by the copyright holders. TRANSFER OF DESIGN TITLE

All the electronic designs and contents made by ozoprint.com for their customers are sole property of OZO Digital, LLC and by publishing and printing hard copies does not transfer or lease the copy right protected by us. At no point the customer shall be provided with a printable file unless specified in written from prior to the final deal of the order placed. At times,digital proof might be supplied to the customer with limitations on the print quality.

TRANSFER OF PRODUCT / SERVICE / MESSAGE

The Agent/Customer as per these 'TOS' agrees that the shipping terms for all printed products/services are FOB shipping point, which may vary for product to product and transfer of ownership to customer/client/agent takes place upon shipment or upon our delivery to the carrier.

For other methods of transfer of information or product or service,the product/service shall be assumed delivery at a point.
(a) A message was delivered into customers answering machine with a request for call back information and the contact has been taken from customer's profile created an the site.
(b) A product / service / message is delivered by email / electronic communication addressed to the customer.
(c) A message / memo has been transmitted by email / phone / electronic communication to the customer that the product is available to the customer for downloading.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

By agreeing with 'TOS', you know / understand that all contents of the order placed for publishing excluding the contents provided in the site are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that, 
as a customer / client / agent and not OZO Digital LLC is responsible for all content that you send, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the website. You agree to comply with all the local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You agree not to use the website / service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that contains:

(1) Any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company or political party or government.
(2) Any content that  infringes intellectual property rights of OZO Digital LLC or third party.
(3) Any material advocating or urging resistance or tension or insurrection prohibited by the American law or the local law of your country.
(4) Create a focus alarm / panic.
(5) Threaten to hurt /injure property, falsification of date information, blackmail or kidnap.
(6) Engage in pornography or any absence, indecent act, even by common sense. OZO Digital LLC does not control the content posted by the customers / users and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content.Under no circumstances,OZO Digital LLC will be liable to you or anyone in any way for contents you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.

YOUR ACCOUNT USAGE

Under 'TOS', you understand and control the privacy of any content you effect to post in your personal folder associated to your account, and such material is protected by your personal password.

When your or some one to whom you have given access, orders a printing / publishing service using the password, you grant him/her the ownership of the account and give ozoprint.com the royalty free and non exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, create associated contents, and also give sublicense to store such electronic / hard copy material. The license exists only for the length of time necessary for ozoprint.com to complete your order or until you delete the content from the site what ever occurs early.
You understand that ozoprint.com does not preserve the content, but has discretion and choice to remove any content that violates the 'TOS' or may otherwise be objectionable. You also acknowledge that ozoprint.com may preserve and disclose content if required to do so by law or such an act is in good faith necessary to

(A) Respond to content violations by third party. 
(B) Comply and cooperate with legal process.
(C) Act upon TOS.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

Under these 'TOS' you agree not to resell any 'content' of the product/service from the site, unless you have been granted a right as a reseller/dealer in written form, from legal department of OZO Digital, LLC.

Graphics selected from ozoprint.com herein referred to as 'content' may be used on any printed produced ordered only through ozoprint.com. The product/service produced cannot be resold for exchange of any commercial currency or service.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Under the 'TOS', OZO Digital reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the service (or any past thereof) with or with out notice to you. you agree that OZO Digital LLC (ozoprint.com) has right to terminate your password, remove contents, and take additional action if OZO Digital LLC believes that you have violated TOS. You agree that OZO Digital LLC shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage you may have suffered due to any modification, suspension, termination or discontinuance of service.
