Yes. Under the support page, you will find lots of information on how to set up you files. The File Requirements F.A.Q. will give you detailed information on common issues and tips. You can also access our Training Videos and Templates from this page.
3. Does OZOPrint . have templates I can download to help me with my artwork?
Templates are available from our Support tab above and throughout our website under the different products. All our templates are free to download as many times as you want. JPG templates are available.CLICK HERE! to access the page.
4. Where can I check the status for my orders?
Click on my accout tab above and click on my orders, the order status to check your order status. You can also email us at customerservice@ozoprint.com or call us at 1-888-OZOPRINT.
5. Can I save my credit card info online for future use?
No, do you security reasons we do not save customers credit / paypal / google checkout info.
6. What if I have a job that is not available on the site?
We have an estimating service that will check to see if we can do the job, and if we can, give you a price within 24 hours. When logged in, under your Member Tools on the top right of the page, the Estimates link will take you to our estimating form.
